<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymeric organic EL material composition which exhibits an excellent transfer characteristic and an excellent light emission characteristic when a light emitting region of an organic EL element is formed by a transferring method based on a relief printing reverse offset system. <P>SOLUTION: The polymeric organic EL material composition of this invention contains a solvent and a polymeric organic EL material. The solvent contains 50 wt.% or more of a benzene derivative having one or more substituents wherein the total number of carbon atoms of the substituent(s) is 3 or 4. The benzene derivative is preferably at least one of tetralin and mesitylene. In the step of forming a light emitting layer of this embodiment, the polymeric organic EL material composition composed of MEH-PPV (polymeric organic EL material), tetralin, mesitylene, 2,2,4-trimethylpentane and pentadecane is applied in a specific pattern onto a hole transport layer of a glass substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
