PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure bead rigidity, and to improve bead durability while exhibiting excellent vehicle handling stability. SOLUTION: A bead apex rubber 8 comprises an inside apex part 8A rising from a bead core 5 and having a small triangle shaped cross section, and an outside apex part 8B extending outward the radial direction from the side surface. A ply folding part 6b of a carcass is abutted with a ply body part 6a of the carcass through the apex parts 8A and 8B. A bead reinforcing layer 11 of a reinforcing code comprising an inside part 11i extending inward the radial direction of the bead core 5 from an inside surface of the ply body part 6a and an outside part 11o abutted with an outside surface of the outside apex part 8B is provided on a bead part 4.
