PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle capable of reducing refrigerant flow noise generated in an evaporator immediately after the start of a compressor to solve a problem wherein a pressure difference is not stabilized across an expansion valve 3 immediately after the start of the compressor. SOLUTION: This control device of an air conditioner comprises a refrigerant circuit formed by connecting, in order, the compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, the expansion valve, and an indoor heat exchanger to each other and a control part controlling the compressor. A heater controlled by the control part is installed in the outdoor heat exchanger, the control part energizes the heater after an operating switch such as a remote controller is turned on, and after a specified time is passed, controls the compressor to start the compressor.
