PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging film and a vapor-deposition film of considerably excellent in gas barrier property against oxygen and steam. SOLUTION: In the packaging film, a polyester layer B containing 0.005-0.5 wt.% of aluminum silicate particles is laminated to the thickness of 0.01-5μm on at least one side of a polyester base film layer A.
