PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a valve for adjusting negative pressure of a negative pressure type actuator to adjust an opening of a throttle valve. SOLUTION: It is determined whether or not an own vehicle speed Vsp is over a threshold value Vth (step S7). When Vsp<Vth, it is determined that the vehicle travels at a relative low speed and responsiveness of opening control of the throttle valve is required, a control cycle coefficientμ0 is set to be a first coefficientμ1 (=0.5) (step S8). When Vsp≥Vth, it is determined that the vehicle travels at a relative high speed and responsiveness of opening control of the throttle valve is not required, the control cycle coefficientμ0 is set to be a second coefficientμ2 (=1.0) (step S9). By multiplying the control cycle coefficientμ0 and a basic control cycle T0 together, a control cycle Tc is calculated (step S10), and PWM control of a release valve 33 is implemented in the control cycle Tc (step S11).
