PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic relay and its manufacturing method wherein because a contact system parts worked by a metal hoop material is manufactured as much as possible by the same metal hoop material and a disposal part of the metal hoop material is made decreased, material cost is reduced, and furthermore, yield of the product can be improved including resin molding process. SOLUTION: Two coil terminals 6, a fixed contact terminal part 9b, and a movable contactor terminal part 10b are worked from the metal hoop material 20, and this is in a state that one part near the tip part of each terminal is not separated yet. Two coil terminals 6, the fixed contactor terminal part 9b, and the movable contactor terminal part 10b which are being worked are insertion-molded in an insulation substrate 2. On the opposite face of the insulating substrate 2 in which each terminal is protruded, a movable leaf spring 10a protruded from the side face of a columnar part 2c of the insulating substrate 2 is arranged because it is electrically connected to the fixed contact 9 to be an integrated member with the fixed contactor terminal part 9b and the movable contactor terminal part 10b, and because a connecting part is insertion-molded by the insulating substrate 2.
