PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor storage system provided with a fire resistant underfloor storage capable of arranging a fire resistant storage securing a sufficient storage space in a case body by effectively using an underfloor space with a restricted height and remarkably reducing execution labor and an equipment cost without providing special equipment in the underfloor in advance, and an execution method thereof. SOLUTION: The underfloor fire resistant storage is installed in a specified underfloor position P1 and provided with a storage tray 5 retractably protruded to a take-out space S in the case body surrounded by fire resistant walls. A plurality of wheels 3 are provided to support the case body 20 and transfer it on the foundation face 10 of the underfloor to the specified position P1 and a fixing means 4 for fixing the case body that has moved to the specified position on the foundation face is provided.
