摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based paint that is suitably used as a paint for road marking because it has markedly excellent abrasion resistance and can effectively utilize hard inorganic waste material, e.g. pulverized porcelain. SOLUTION: This water-based paint composition is an acrylic emulsion and includes pulverized porcelain as a filler at a volume ratio of resin components on solid basis/pulverized porcelain=1/0.1-1/5.
