PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional drum type washing/drying machine specialized for a washing or drying function eliminates the function of housing clothes to be washed, detergent, and the like, which leads to a narrow and disordered dressing room, and that a clothes inlet of the drum type washing/drying machine at a height of several dozen centimeters from a floor surface makes a user bend over to take in and out the laundry, which leads to inconvenience. SOLUTION: The drum type washing/drying machine is raised so that a horizontal rotary shaft of a washing tub is positioned at a height of around 1-1.2 m from the floor surface.
