PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily move beautifully dished foods to another dishes directly and to suppress the cost including the personnel expenses to the minimum while improving the quality of the cooking in the food service industry. SOLUTION: This plate body 1 is constituted into a reversible and deformable inverse-conical plate shape and the foods 2 such as sliced raw fish and cooked meat are radially arranged and stored thereon.
