PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for exterminating insects with which extermination operation of the insects which are the object of extermination can be facilitated in relation to the method for exterminating the insects which are the object of extermination and present in a floor part equipped with a heating means. SOLUTION: The method for exterminating the insects which are the object of extermination present in the floor part 1 equipped with the heating means 3 is carried out as follows. A filmlike capturer 5 for exterminating the insects designed to capture the insects which are the object of extermination and repelled from the floor part 1 is installed so as to cover the surface part of the floor part 1, The floor part 1 is heated with the heating means 3 in the state of the filmlike capturer 5 so that the insects which are the object of extermination are repelled from the floor part 1.
