PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for repelling noxious animals without repelling pets of users. SOLUTION: The system for repelling the noxious animals having pet protective functions is composed by including a radio transmitter 2 equipped with a storage part 22 in which essential identification information is preregistered and a transmission part 21 transmitting the identification information preregistered in the storage part 22 as a first radio signal sig. 1, a receiving part 13 receiving the first radio signal sig. 1 transmitted from the radio transmitter 2, a storage part 14 in which the identification information thereof is registered for each radio transmitter 2, a noxious animal repelling circuit 11 repelling the noxious animals by producing ultrasonic waves, light, sound, smell, or the like, and a control circuit 12 for controlling the carrying out of the noxious animal repelling operation by the noxious animal repelling circuit 11. The system for repelling the noxious animals is composed by including a noxious animal repeller 1 provided with a control part 10 for extracting the identification information from the radio transmitter 2 when the first radio signal sig. 1 from the radio transmitter 2 is received by the receiving part 13, controlling the control circuit 12 for the noxious animal repelling operation and stopping the operation of the noxious animal repelling circuit 11 for a prescribed time if the extracted identification information is registered in the storage part 14.
