PURPOSE: A semiconductor device, a display device and an electronic device utilizing the same are provided to maintain an amplitude of an output signal by floating one terminal of a capacitor in a boot-strap circuit. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device includes a first transistor(102), a second transistor(103), a third transistor(110), a first input terminal(105), and a second input terminal(108). A source terminal of the first transistor is connected to a drain terminal of the second transistor. A drain terminal of the third transistor is connected to a gate terminal of the first transistor. The first input terminal is connected to a gate terminal of the third transistor and a gate terminal of the second transistor. The second input terminal is connected to the gate terminal of the first transistor through a rectifying element(104). The rectifying element is a diode-connected transistor.
