DATA TRANSMISSION SYSTEM IN E-PON, TRANSMITTING METHOD THEREOF, AND RECODING MEDIUM FOR STORING TRANSMISSION PROGRAM

PURPOSE: A data transmission system in E-PON(Ethernet-Passive Optical Network), a transmitting method thereof, and a recording medium for storing a transmission program are provided to sort and multiplex frames by controlling a data transmission process in the E-PON to ONU(Optical Network Unit) or ONT(Optical Network Termination) to OLT(Optical Line Termination). CONSTITUTION: A parser(210) is used for sorting frames of each block and transmitting the sorted frames to the corresponding blocks. A scheduler(220) is used for multiplexing the frames and decides a transmission order within a permitted transmission period of an OLT. An MPCP(Multi-Point Control Protocol) slave(230) is used for processing transmission messages of the OLT and generating the response messages of the transmission messages to maintain a time synchronization period of the OLT. A processor interface(240) is used for transmitting the transmission frames of the OLT to a processor, framing transmission primitives of the processor, and transmitting the transmission primitives to the OLT. A register(250) is used for storing frame generation values, system control values, and values obtained from an MPCP control frame.
