PURPOSE: An exhaust system by using vortex is provided to reduce noise from vortex interference and to remove exhaust gas within the large area by forming vortex with a swirler, and to cut down cost by installing easily with simple structure. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust system is composed of a disk type swirler(10) rotated and installed to an exhaust pipe(50), a blade(11) arranged vertically along the swirler to form vortex, and a driving unit installed in the exhaust pipe to rotate the swirler. Powerful vortex is formed in the exhaust space by rotating the swirler with blades at high speed, and air curtain is formed by interaction of vortex and exhaust flow. The exhaust area is collected around the central axis by the air curtain, and the exhaust area is enlarged by concentrating exhaust flow on the pollution region. Energy efficiency is improved by actuating the swirler in contaminating momentarily and partially, and pollution is removed efficiently by forming vortex.
