PURPOSE: A second spool assembly of an ignition coil and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to generate demand voltage by preventing failure in forming voltage of the second coil with restricting the second coil from being cut, to prevent inclination by forming the fitting sills at both sides with modifying winding of the second coil, and to increase the mechanical strength by increasing the diameter of the second spool. CONSTITUTION: A second spool assembly of an ignition coil comprises an ignition coil body(40); a second spool(30) vertically installed in the body; a first coil(42) wound on a first spool(41) vertically installed in the body; and a second coil(34) wound on the second spool vertically installed in the body many times. A wining part(31) for winding the second coil is formed cylindrically in the second spool with the regular section, and fitting sills(33) are formed at both sides of the second spool to support the wire of the second coil. The second coil is wound on both sides of the winding part at the regular angle, and wound on the center of the winding part many times.
