<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel in which heat-discharge is improved by connecting to a cathode a sealant and an elastic body having superior thermal conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: Into the sealant 16 to seal the element substrate 10 and the sealing substrate 14, an electroconductive material is mixed, and heat conductivity is improved. A common negative electrode 12 to the organic EL element on the sealing substrate 14 is connected to the sealant 16, and as for the sealing substrate 14, its surface is covered by a metal film 20.
