PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem in which processing including even pixels which are vertically arrayed can not be adapted to at a high processing speed.

SOLUTION: A plurality of image processing parts 1 to 4 are provided which divide one frame of display image data into a plurality of subframes to generate display image data corresponding to the respective subframes and source image data of a plurality of lines are inputted to the plurality of image processing parts 1 to 4 at the same time and processed in parallel to generate display image data.
