<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To customize the appearance of an elevator operation panel in accordance with customer's liking and perform replacement work very simply when a face plate is damaged by passenger's mischief. <P>SOLUTION: The face plate 4 has a double structure composed of a base member 5 and a decorative member 6, and a surface of the base member 5 is covered with the decorative member 6. All the various devices required for a landing place operation panel 1 such as switches 10a, 10b for passenger operation are fixed and supported by the base member 5.
