PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting alloy and a casting both for a turbine wheel, which are materials having a lower cost than a conventionally proposed alloy or a practically used alloy both for the turbine wheel, and thoroughly endure an operating environment for the turbine wheel of a diesel car. SOLUTION: The casting alloy for the turbine wheel comprises, by weight ratio, 0.1% or less C, 2.0% or less Si, 2.0% or less Mn, 25-45% Ni, 10-22% Cr, 1.5-4.0% Mo, 0.5% or more but less than 1.5% Ti, 1.5-4.5% Al, at least one or more of 1.0-4.0% Nb, 1.0-4.0% Ta and 1.0-4.0% V, and the balance Fe with unavoidable elements.
