PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic resin composition with reduced amount of a high molecular antistatic resin, free from such defects as bleeding, maintaining low level electric resistivity and excellent in sustainability. SOLUTION: This antistatic resin composition comprises (B) at least one kind of a specified polyester compound or polyether compound, (C) alkali metal salts and/or alkaline earth metal salts, and (D) a polymer having a structure of polyethylene oxide (C<SB>2</SB>H<SB>4</SB>O)<SB>p</SB>or polypropylene oxide(C<SB>3</SB>H<SB>6</SB>O)<SB>p</SB>or copolymer of these in the molecular structure and having molecular terminals comprising specified functional groups and their salts with alkali metal compounds to the total of (A) at least one kind selected from a thermoplastic resin, an unvulcanized rubber and a thermoplastic elastomer and (A)' a (co)polymer containing an ether bond and/or ester bond in the molecular chain.
