PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-cleansing agent composition containing a higher fatty acid and a higher fatty acid salt in which oxidative rancidity of the higher fatty acid and the higher fatty acid salt can be suppressed. SOLUTION: The skin-cleansing agent composition comprises one or more kinds of compounds selected from the group consisting of the higher fatty acid and the higher fatty acid salt, a calcium phosphate-based compound and an antioxidant and/or a chelating agent.
