摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new vacuum mixing press-fitting method and a device therefor which can effectively and efficiently mix and agitate a plurality of components to pour them into a cavity under a high pressure, in molding a thin film molded product in a mold cavity. SOLUTION: The vacuum mixing press-fitting device includes a mixing device 20, a vacuum pressure ejection device 30 and an injection device 40. The mixing device is equipped with a mixing chamber 21 to mix a plurality of components and an ejection piston 25 to eject the mixed components in the mixing chamber out of the mixing chamber. The vacuum pressure ejection device has a vacuum pressure ejection chamber 31 which communicates with the mixing chamber and is equipped with a pressure ejection channel 32, and is equipped with a vacuum pressure ejection piston 35 which holds the space from the mixing chamber to the injection device in a vacuum state when the ejection piston is retreated to the vacuum pressure ejection chamber and ejects the mixing components to a pressure ejection channel when the piston is advanced. The injection device fitted to the mold has an injection channel 41 tightly connecting the cavity and the pressure ejection channel, and is provided with a switching means 45 to open/close the injection channel.
