PURPOSE: A steam discharging device for a pressure rice cooker is provided to reduce discharge noise when steam is discharged by forming a tube-shaped rib around a discharge hole. CONSTITUTION: A steam discharging device for a pressure rice cooker is composed of a lower cap(10) having a guide hole(12), and an upper cap(20) coupled to the top of the lower cap. A discharge hole(22) is formed at the top of the upper cap, and discharges steam. The upper cap includes a plurality of plate ribs(24) extended downward and a tube-shaped rib(26) covering the discharge hole. A water discharge hole(14) is formed at one side of the lower cap.
