摘要 PURPOSE: A semiconductor device having a redundancy function is provided which prevents short between a wire and a fuse and increases degree of freedom when arranging a function block on a semiconductor chip. CONSTITUTION: According to the semiconductor device having a plurality of function blocks arranged on a substrate, a memory block(MB) comprises a plurality of memory cells(MC) recorded with information and a redundant memory cell(RC) which is replaced with the memory cell and is recorded with information instead of the corresponding memory cell. A function circuit block is connected to the memory block by a wire. A program wire block(PB) is arranged on the substrate not to be overlapped with the wire and forms a program forming a path of a signal to replace the memory cell with the redundant memory cell. And a data transmission unit(DT) is prolonged from the program wire block to the memory block, and transmits program information of the program of the program wire block to the memory block.
