<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseptic room which reduces a preservation space when unused while simply constituting a wide aseptic clean space and becomes a quiet dwelling space wherein an oppression feeling, a closed feeling and a lonely feeling are reduced because the aseptic room is a daily living place where a patient receives all day medical treatment and caring, and privacy is kept. <P>SOLUTION: In the aseptic room 1 formed by partitioning an existing room, a partition 2 is arranged so as to come into contact not only with a ceiling and a floor surface at the upper and lower ends but also with wall surfaces at both side ends to partition the existing room.
