PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave apparatus which applies safe electronic signals on a subject.

SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave apparatus (100) has an electromagnetic wave generating device (1) generating the electronic signals with a controlled frequency, a filter (2) receiving the electronic signals generated by the electromagnetic wave generating device, producing an artificial biological wave by removing components that adversely affect a living body from the electronic signals, and transmitting it to the subject, a sensor (3) detecting a state of the subject, and a feedback control part (4) connected between the sensor and the electromagnetic wave generating device and commanding the electromagnetic wave generating device to alter the frequency of the electronic signals generated by the electromagnetic wave generating device, based on the state of the subject detected by the sensor.
