<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a database of summaries of lease parking lot properties on the Internet under contract with lease parking lot traders in order to retain exclusive business in an area of the lease parking lots. <P>SOLUTION: The database of summaries of lease parking lot properties and information on each parking lot are made to be displayed on the Internet 10. In the same database, one URL address is allotted per parking lot property and the allotted address is displayed by use of a board or a plate. Thus, the brief summaries of the parking information, information on available parking lots and the like are presented to a user 9 from a portable terminal or the like such as a cellphone using the Internet from the spot.
