PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make even a small-sized reagent part advantageous from a cost aspect and to reduce a thickness irregularity thereof in such a case that an analytic appliance equipped with the reagent part is produced. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the analytic appliance having a reagent part forming process for forming the reagent part, which contains a reagent reacted with a specific component in a sample liquid, on a substrate, the reagent part forming process includes one or more times of coating and drying works for applying a material liquid containing the reagent and subsequently drying the same. Herein, the number of times of the coating and drying works is preferably 10 to 200 times and the application of the material liquid is performed using a delivery device employing, for example, an ink jet system.
