PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy sheet which can be bolted and caulked with strong stress in the initial stage and whose strength reduction can be minimized even after standing for a long period of time in a temperature environment of≤170°C and, further, whose stress relaxation can be minimized in a temperature region of≤170°C, to provide its manufacturing method, and also to provide a terminal made of aluminum alloy. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy sheet having a composition which consists of, by mass, 0.2 to 0.9% Cu, 0.6 to 1.4% Mg and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, wherein among the inevitable impurities, the contents of Si, Fe, Mn, Cr, Zn, Ti and Zr are controlled, by mass, to≤0.8%,≤0.6%,≤0.15%,≤0.3%,≤0.3%,≤0.1% and≤0.15%, respectively, is subjected to final cold rolling at 7 to 60% draft, held at 500 to 570°C for≤1 hr, and then cooled at a rate of≥1°C/s. By this method, sheet thickness is made to >1.0 to <3.0 mm and grain size is made to 35 to 300μm, and further, electric conductivity is made to≤50% IACS. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
