PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror angle adjusting device capable of being decreased in size and weight, and saving a cost. SOLUTION: The mirror angle adjusting device comprises a pair of advancing/retracting members 16a, 16b freely tilting a mirror by advancing/retracting action, and a motor 12. The mirror angle adjusting device is provided with a pair of nut-shaped slide supports 22a, 22b respectively screwed in screw grooves of a pair of the advancing/retracting members 16a, 16b; and one-way clutch mechanisms 21a, 21b transmitting rotation force of the motor 12 to either one of the pair of slide supports 22a, 22b while selectively switching according to a rotating direction of the motor 12. The screw grooves of the advancing/retracting members 16a, 16b are structured by reciprocating spiral grooves composed of a Navia screw structure wherein two spiral grooves extending in an opposite direction each other are formed to connect with each other at both ends.
