PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently lighten a shell without lowering strength and durability and to certainly supply lubricant maintaining lubricating performance to the shell and a pneumatic tire at the time of runflat travelling. SOLUTION: A rib type hollow reinforcing part 46 is formed all over the circumference of protruded parts 30A, 30B on the cylindrical shell 26 on a support, and the lubricant L is filled in this hollow reinforcing part 46. Consequently, it is possible to lighten the shell 26 without lowering durability and strength of the shell 26. A supplying valve part of the lubricant L is provided on an outer peripheral part of the hollow reinforcing part 46, and the lubricant L in the hollow reinforcing part 46 is supplied to a contact part of the shell 26 and the pneumatic tire through the supplying valve part at the time of the runflat travelling when the shell 26 receives a load from a road surface.
