PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold decorating apparatus in which an apparatus for horizontally transferring a decorated sheet can be installed even in a narrow space and to provide an apparatus for horizontally transferring a decorated sheet. SOLUTION: In the in-mold decorating apparatus, decorated sheets 37 and 67 are inserted between a fixed mold 31 and a movable mold 61, and a melted resin is injected into the molds, whereby the decorated sheets 37 and 67 are adhered to the surface of a molded resin article 81, and there are installed an apparatus 40 for vertically transferring a decorated sheet which supplies vertically and winds up the decorated sheet 67, and an apparatus 10 for horizontally transferring a decorated sheet, which supplies horizontally and takes up the decorated sheet 37.
