PURPOSE: Provided is a method for controlling a counteracting device for a wet and dry sterilization, which can use the counteracting device safely and conveniently by sequentially controlling a boiler for generating vapor and antiseptic solution or water and an operation of engine for injecting the vapor and water. CONSTITUTION: The method for controlling a counteracting device for a wet and dry sterilization includes the steps of: confirming a main power source to be turned on; applying a power source to a preheating plug when the main power source is turned on; lighting on an engine preheating lamp after a predetermined time, and blocking the preheating plug power source; operating an engine and a boiler after lighting on the engine preheating lamp; counting an operation time after working the engine and the boiler; and displaying operation state of the boiler.
