PURPOSE: A slip restricting unit for a crawler vehicle is provided to prevent slip on the slippery or snowy road by increasing braking force of the protruded part with forming the Y or V-shaped slip restricting unit, and to decrease assembling hours by mounting the slip restricting unit to the track link of the caterpillar with bolting. CONSTITUTION: A slip restricting unit(10) for a crawler vehicle is mounted in a track link of a caterpillar track, and formed of Y-shape or V-shape. A protruded part(15) is formed in the slip restricting unit and contacted to the ground. The braking force of the protruded part is increased with forming the Y-shaped or V-shaped slip restricting unit. The slip restricting unit is fitted between the track links of the caterpillar track, and installed quickly by bolting. The slip restricting unit is manufactured by solid forging to increase the rigidity, and the protruded part is projected more than the track to prevent slip. A bolt part(12) is integrally formed in the opposite to the protruded part and combined with the track by the bolt. The front end of the protruded part is curved to prevent impact in treading, and load is distributed evenly in the link assembly with mounting the slip restricting units inside and outside the link assembly.
