PURPOSE: A control device of a hybrid driving apparatus is provided to prevent shift shock or lowering of output torque in shifting by shifting timely according to torque generated in the output member and by modifying the shifting point. CONSTITUTION: In a control device of a hybrid driving apparatus, a first power source is connected to an output member. A second power source is connected to the output member through a transmission to output positive torque or negative torque. An operation limit decision unit detects limit of operation control of the first power source or the second power source(S21). The shifting point for deciding shifting by the transmission is modified by a shifting point modifying unit in deciding limit of operation control by the operation limit decision unit.
