The machine has an installation unit for centering an object e.g. registration plate to be treated. A changing unit varies distances with regard to thickness to obtain major or minor stamping. A rotor (7) generates mobilization of a reducer to which one plain rod (4) is connected by relevant axis. The rod is united with another rod, which moves stamping unit up and down.
