The exhaust manifold (18) for a motor vehicle internal combustion engine has an upstream flange (28) for connection the engine cylinder head exhaust ports and a downstream flange (32) for connection to a turbocompressor (12). The upstream and downstream flanges are connected by a curved plate (36,42) which allows the manifold to act as a support for the turbocompressor.
