PURPOSE: A device for measuring a clutch of a magnetic recording/reproducing device is provided to install a torque amplifier between a measured reel and a torque measurer, thereby exactly measuring fine torque and obtaining reliability on clutch performance of the reel. CONSTITUTION: A driver(20) generates a rotational force by being installed on the first jig(10). A reel supporting die(30) is installed on the first jig(10), and is rotated by the driver(20). A torque measurer(50) is set on the reel supporting die(30), and measures an amount of torque generated from a measured reel(40). A torque amplifier(60) amplifies the torque generated on the reel(40). The driver(20) comprises as follows. A capstan motor(22) is installed on a frame(21) that is installed on the first jig(10). A capstan gear(23) is installed on the frame(21).
