PURPOSE: A door opening and closing device of a microwave oven is provided to improve the reliability of operation by protruding the push button elastically and evenly with mounting a couple of elastic ribs symmetrically to the bush button. CONSTITUTION: A door opening and closing device is composed of a push button(20) mounted in an installation groove part(34) recessed in a control panel(30) to open and close the door of a microwave oven; plural bosses(22) protruded backward at the rear side of the push button to operate the door opening member in moving backward; plural guide holes(32) formed in the installation groove part and penetrated by the bosses; and a couple of elastic ribs(40a,40b) inclined forward and extended at both sides of the installation groove part and supported at left and right sides of the push button.
