PURPOSE: A checking pad structure for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel is provided to discriminate good or bad of the mounting before performing the next process directly after mounting a driver integrated circuit to the LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: In a pad region of a TFT(Thin Film Transistor), an input pad(200), an FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) pad(210), the first checking pad(220) and the second checking pad(230) are formed. The FPC pad(210) is electrically connected to the FPC attached to a PCB(Printed Circuit Board), The input pad(200) is electrically connected to the FPC pad(210) and applies a signal to an input bump of a driver integrated circuit(IC). The first checking pad(220) is formed at a corner, which is mounted on the driver IC, and is divided into two portions. The second checking pad(230) is formed at a pad region(115), outside of the driver IC mounting region, and electrically connected to each portion of the first checking pad(220). Corresponding to a pair of the first checking pad(220), two second checking pads(230) are formed.
