PURPOSE: A turntable rotating apparatus of a microwave oven is provided to manufacture the turntable rotating apparatus easily by forming the driving blade in the upper part of the turntable shaft, and to cut down manufacturing cost by reducing the size of the turntable shaft. CONSTITUTION: A turntable rotating apparatus of a microwave oven is composed of a turntable(33) rotated and installed in a cooking chamber formed in a cavity(30) and composed of a driving fitting sill(33a) formed in the lower part; a turntable motor(35) installed in the lower part of the cavity to apply driving force for rotating the turntable; and a turntable shaft(37) connected to an output shaft(35a) of the turntable motor and composed of a driving blade(37a) engaged with the driving fitting sill and formed in the upper part. A rotating ring assembly is installed in the bottom of the cavity to support the lower part of the turntable.
