<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form easily projections like a wire harness clamp to a resin molded article. <P>SOLUTION: Projections 5 subjected to positive shaping from a resin molded article 2 are formed. A pair of flanges 8 are protruded from the molded article 2 parallel with the stamping-out direction 6 of the molded article 2. The projections 5 are arranged between the flanges 8 and made under cut profiles wherein tips 10 intersects the stamping-out direction 6 of the molded article 2. In a side-view, the tips 10 are curved so as to overlap with the flanges 8. At least the tip 10 side has a curvature projection 9 which is easily deformed.
