<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for transplanting a prosthesis member of a tibial element, not requiring meniscus removal. <P>SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by a drill guide that allows a drill to be located along an axial line that passes through an upper tibial bone face. The axial line is obliquely set up against a longitudinal axis of the tibia, and the upper tibial bone face is at least partially restricted by the meniscus of the knee. This drill guide is equipped with a target ring portion having at least one dimension size, which is equal to the upper tibial bone face facet restricted by the meniscus of the knee or smaller than that. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
