PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furrow-forming machine capable of performing horizontal rotating action while sitting on a tractor, and locking and lock-releasing a furrow-forming work part at a desired working position coupled with the rotating movement. SOLUTION: This furrow-forming machine having a furrow-forming work part mounted at the rear part of a tractor as horizontally rotatable is provided by installing a rotation-driving means for rotating the furrow-forming work part and a locking mechanism for locking and lock-releasing the furrow-forming work part at a desired working position, performing the locking and lock-releasing of the locking mechanism coupled with the rotation movement by the rotation driving means, and capable of remote-operating the rotation movement by the rotation-driving means with a controlling box arranged in the vicinity of the tractor seat electrically.
