PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data presenting apparatus capable of photographing a desired photograph region accurately and quickly and eliminating the complication of adjusting an angle of view. SOLUTION: Labels are attached to diagonal two points of a rectangular region of material S, which is needed to be photographed, and a photograph region is specified. To identify three photograph regions, the labels are three kinds that are red, blue and green (60r, 60b, 60g). The material S is placed on a data mount 10 and photographed by a camera 14, and a photographed image is input to a control section 34. When one of color buttons 51r, 51b, 51g on an operation panel 50 for automatic photograph is pressed, which correspond to the colors of labels, the camera 14 is panned/tilted and its zoom magnification is adjusted such that the photograph region specified by the color label is photographed in the angle of view at maximum.
