PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate noises included in a signal while preventing the missing of a signal component. SOLUTION: When a holding part 4 detects the noises included in an input signal Yin, the signal is put in a hold state and outputted, and a combination part 5 generates an output signal Yout by combining an interpolation amount Scmp supplied from an interpolation control part 6 with a held signal component in the outputted signal. A predictor 7 predictively calculates the output signal Yout of the combining part 5 to calculate a predicted value (Y) approximate to the input signal Yin. The interpolation control part 6 calculates the variation of the predicted value (Y) as an interpolation amount Scmp. When the predicted value (Y) is greatly deviated from the held signal component that the holding part 4 holds and outputs, the interpolation control part 6 makes the combination part 5 stop or inhibit the synthesis of the interpolation amount Scmp, and when the predicted value (Y) is a proper value, the combination part 5 is made to synthesize the interpolation amount Scmp.
