PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional differential amplifier circuit having a resistor and an inductor for a load impedance that variations are caused in the cut-off frequency and the flatness of an in-band gain in the frequency characteristics due to a change in the resistance of the load resistor. SOLUTION: The differential amplifier circuit is configured with: a pair of transistors 1a, 1b whose sources are connected in common and whose gates are respectively connected to input terminals 5a, 5b; load resistors 2a, 2b whose one-side ends are respectively connected to the drains of the pair of transistors 1a, 1b and the other-side ends of which are respectively connected to a positive power supply terminal 7 via inductors 3a, 3b; a constant current source 4 connected between a negative power supply terminal 8 and a source common connecting point of a pair of the transistors 1a, 1b; signal output terminals 6a, 6b respectively connected to the drains of the pair of transistors 1a, 1b; and a resistive impedance 9 connected between the connecting point of the load resistor 2a and the inductor 3a and the connecting point of the load resistor 2b and the inductor 3b.
