<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal fusing method for a sheet having a film layer containing a polyolefin resin as its principal component. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal fusion joining method for a surface treated sheet is as follows. A surface treated layer comprising a thermoplastic resin is put closely on a film, which comprises a resin blend containing the polyolefin resin and a styrene copolymer resin at a mass ratio of 100:5 to 100. At this occasion the surface treated sheet is used; wherein an adhesive layer is formed of the styrene copolymer resin and the thermoplastic resin for the surface treated layer, preferably by using a coating solution containing an organic solvent capable of dissolving, partially dissolving or swelling the styrene copolymer resin, at an interface between the resin blend film layer and the surface treated layer. At least a part of the sheet is put on a part of, the same or another sheet or a different article, and joining is carried out by a thermal fusion processing, for example, high-frequency fusion processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
