PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform edit operation after dubbing without performing troublesome operation, when dubbing recording is performed from a video tape to an optical disk. SOLUTION: A voice demodulation voice determination processing unit 3 determines a kind of a voice signal read by a tape unit 1, amplifies and demodulates the voice signal, A system control unit 4 generates change information of voice when a determined voice kind is switched. A/D conversion is performed respectively for a video signal and a voice signal read by the tape unit 1 after amplification and demodulation. A digital signal recording processing unit 7 composites video and voice digital data, and adds change information of the voice inputted from the system control unit 4 to the digital data and generates edit digital data.
